Write to [email protected] and include the iPhone model and the iOS version if something failed.
Subscription
Premium is billed by Apple. To cancel or change a plan, open Settings on the iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting Clear Moments does not stop the renewal.
If you already paid and the app still shows the free plan, use “Already paying? Restore it” on the purchase screen, with the same Apple Account.
Deleted photos
Confirmed deletions go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app. Clear Moments does not keep its own copy of those files.
