These terms cover the Clear Moments iPhone app. By installing or using it, you agree to them. The purchase itself is also governed by Apple’s terms for the App Store.

The app

Clear Moments groups photos into moments and lets you review, delete, compress, export, and file them. It can also find duplicate contacts and merge the pair you confirm. Suggestions are recommendations. You decide what is deleted or merged.

Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted. The app does not keep a second copy of them, and it cannot promise recovery after iOS empties that album. The vault is stored only inside the app: deleting Clear Moments deletes the vault.

Free plan

Everything the app finds stays visible. The free plan limits how much you can act on in a calendar month:

• 30 photo deletions
• 5 swipe-review cards
• 3 video compressions
• 3 location removals
• 5 contact merges

A limit is counted when the action completes, not when you open the screen.

Clear Moments Premium

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that removes those monthly limits. It is offered as a weekly plan, a monthly plan, and a 12-week plan. The price, the billing period, and the price per week are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, in the currency of your App Store storefront.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews on its own unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• If a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows are shown before you confirm. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• A subscription already bought with this Apple Account can be restored from the purchase screen.

Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s policies.

Your content

Photos, videos, and contacts stay yours. You give the app permission to read and modify them on the device only as far as the feature you used requires. We do not claim a license to your library.

Acceptable use

Use the app on devices you are allowed to use, with libraries and contacts you are allowed to change. Do not rely on it as the only copy of photographs you cannot afford to lose.

Availability

The app is provided as it is. Features can change between versions. We do not promise that a suggestion is the photo you would have kept, or that a contact merge matches the person you meant — you confirm both.
